WHAT IS TURKS SWIM'S RETURN POLICY?

We offer exchanges or store credits on regular priced merchandise within 14 days of the date you received your order. If your Turks swimwear is not the perfect fit, please reach out to info@turksswim.com to initiate return with your order number in the subject line.

 

All returned merchandise must be in their original condition (unworn and unwashed), with tags and hygienic stickers in place. They must also be free of any damage, including perfume and make-up or deodorant stains. We have the right to reject any returns that do not meet these criteria.

 

Please note: Any shipping fees and duties associated with original cost will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to pay any return shipping fees.

 

All sale merchandise is final sale. This includes all items purchased on sale or with a discount code. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your order at info@turksswim.com

CAN I PRE-ORDER OUT OF STOCK SIZES?

We will constantly be restocking our core collection, so if your size or the style you want is sold out, please sign up to be alerted right when we restock. As for our limited releases, all drops are as quantity lasts, therefore, will not be restocked. That being said, sign-up for our newsletter to be the first to know about new Turks Swim drops!

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TURKS SWIM?

At Turks Swim, we use an Italian made, sustainable fabric that requires careful care to ensure your swimwear lasts you endless wears. Hand wash and hang to dry to ensure proper care.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

We have created a sizing guide that is available to view on each product page. At Turks Swim, our swimwear was designed to fit very true to size. Feel free to chat with us using the chat box if you are still unsure of sizing and would like some help!

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us at info@turksswim.com within 3 hours so we can accommodate these changes. That being said, once order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.
