HOW DO I TRACT MY ORDER?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your Turks Swim is shipped. This email will contain a tracking number and link so you can start following your swimwear order right away. If you did not receive an email, contact us at info@turksswim.com.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders will be processed within 5 business days. Please note, orders placed on/around national holidays may take an extra 1-2 business days. Estimated shipping times are 3-10 business days. That being said, due to global circumstances, there may be some delays. If you would like to receive your Turks Swim sooner, please pay for priority shipping to ensure quicker time frames.

Turks Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or orders delayed in transit. The above timeframes are not guaranteed and delays may occur beyond our control.
WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
Orders within Canada and the US will be free of any duties. Please note, you will be responsible for all import duties and taxes associated with international orders. These will be determined at customs upon arrival by your import services. As these fees vary by country, Turks Swim is unable to determine what these fees may be. Please contact your local customs agency with questions regarding these taxes.
We are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit because of this. We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.
